Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and driven Technical Training and Internship Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and executing our training programs, from coordinating with educational institutions to onboarding students and providing technical support, as well as engaging in sales activities to recruit students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Batch Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of a training batch, ensuring smooth operation and providing necessary technical support.
• Interview Facilitation: Conduct interviews and assess potential candidates for the training programs.
• Student Recruitment: Create and manage batches of students by leveraging social media, college partnerships, and other channels.
• Execution Activities: Execute sales strategies to attract and enroll students in training programs. This includes outreach, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with colleges, PTOs, and HDOs to attract and onboard students.
• Process Management: Utilize existing tools and digitize new tools to streamline processes and ensure efficient program management.

Qualifications:

• BBA / MBA
• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong technical background in web, mobile, and/or AI development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with tools for digital process management and coordination.
• Familiarity with student recruitment strategies and educational partnerships is a plus.

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Web Development Training: Ability to impart training in web development, covering areas such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience in conducting workshops, creating training materials, and mentoring students in web development projects will be a significant advantage.
